This 33 year-old woman complained about puffiness under her eyes since her 20's. A transconjunctival blepharoplasty (done without an incision in the skin) removed the excess fat that was causing that puffiness, giving her a more rested appearance.

This 46 year-old woman complained of hooding of skin above the eyes, descent of the brows, and puffiness under the eyes. A temporal browlift and upper blepharoplasty relieved the hooding and brown descent, and a lower blepharoplasty improved the lower eyelid puffiness.
